Uha is a space created to provide beauty therapy and spa services. All purchases of goods and services from us are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

Interpretation 

In these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

“You, your”

means the person, firm or company who purchases Goods from Us.

“We, Us, Our”

means UHA beauty.

“Contract”

means the contract between Us and You which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms.

“Goods”

means any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied by Us to the Buyer (You).

“Shipping information”

means the place to which the Goods are to be delivered.

The Contract

The Contract shall be considered the contract on agreement by You when you purchase online, or, when you book or reserve online services.

Price and Payment

The price for the Goods shall be the price identified by Us to You and set out at the time of the initial engagement online or via phone.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship New Zealand-wide using New Zealand Post Courier. 

Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

All orders will be couriered the following day. On shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to seven days for delivery.

If at any time within 21 days of receipt, you wish to exchange an unopened product, please contact us and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned unopened. Customers are responsible for paying return freight. Once a return is received at Uha beauty parlour we will process the return in 3-5 business days.

Please note that only products that are unopened and purchased at Uha beauty parlour products can be returned. If you are unsure of which product is right for you please contact Uha beauty parlour prior to purchase. We are happy to arrange a virtual skin analysis.

If you should need further information regarding the return of any skincare product, or service we will be happy to help you.

RETURNS DUE TO SKIN REACTION

We use a number of professional ranges therefore it is always important to use the products as directed on the label and advised by your skin specialist. In the unlikely event your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us at Uha beauty parlour. If we identify the products described have caused a skin reaction, we will exchange the item for a product better suited. Reaction returns must be reported within 14 days of purchase and must not be more than 20% used.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS

The price for the Goods shall be displayed inclusive of GST and any costs of shipping and insurance within NZ.

1.     Payment for items shall be made in full and upon the order for the Goods being placed.  

2.     Payment shall not be deemed to have occurred until We have received cleared funds.

3.     A confirmation email will be sent once payment is completed.

4.     Once full payment is received for all online purchases, Uha beauty parlour will commence dispatch.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

Our liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed the original price of the goods.  Under no circumstances will We be liable to You for any consequential, indirect, or economic loss.

Data Protection and Privacy

Where we collect Your personal data, it will only be used in accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 1993.  We shall not share it with any third party. We may use this data to contact You for any future marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information We hold on You.
